Matt brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across retail management, sales, coaching, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has been driven by a passion for developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating environments where individuals can grow, lead, and succeed.
As a corporate sales trainer, Matt designed and implemented a comprehensive sales training program that equipped professionals with the skills, confidence, and mindset to consistently deliver results. He also served as a Club Development Manager for a competitive swim organization, partnering with coaches and club leaders to strengthen programs, develop talent, and foster long-term success.
A lifelong coach and mentor, Matt has more than 20 years of competitive swim coaching experience and founded a successful swim and water polo program from the ground up. His leadership style is rooted in accountability, resilience, teamwork, and helping others discover capabilities they didn’t know they possessed.
Matt believes that leadership extends well beyond the workplace. A devoted Christian, husband of 26 years, and father of two adult children, he has invested in the lives of others as a premarital mentor, helping couples establish strong foundations for healthy, lasting marriages. His faith and commitment to serving others shape his approach to leadership, relationships, and personal growth.
Outside of work, Matt is continually drawn to challenges that require endurance, discipline, and perseverance. As a three-time Ironman finisher and avid backpacker, he embraces opportunities to push his limits while appreciating the lessons learned through preparation, persistence, and the journey itself.
Whether coaching athletes, mentoring leaders, or helping individuals navigate significant life and career transitions, Matt brings a servant-hearted approach, practical wisdom, and a genuine commitment to helping others move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
