You will leave with your custom Transition Roadmap™ and timeline, ready to begin implementation. We will outline all deliverables during your discovery call and provide a complete toolkit before your Immersion begins.
The investment for Evolve varies based on the number of family members involved in your business and the complexity of your assets and transition needs. This includes your 3-day Immersion plus optional ongoing implementation support (typically a 6-month monthly program, though there’s no commitment if it’s not the right fit for your family). We’ll discuss your specific situation and provide detailed investment information during your discovery call.
We welcome you to attend the Immersion with up to two others who are involved in your business transition, such as co-owners, potential successors, and/or important family members. If you’re considering the pros and cons of bringing someone with you, let’s discuss this during your discovery call to ensure the best experience for everyone.
We do offer private engagements for businesses and families with more than four people.
We require a discovery call to ensure the best peer-learning environment and that Evolve meets your specific needs. This conversation helps us customize the content for your situation and assemble a diverse group of families that are similar in business complexity while representing different industries.
Evolve combines the 3-day Immersion experience with ongoing coaching and community support, making it ideal for families who want both structured learning and peer connections. Private TRD engagements are completely customized 1:1 consulting for complex family situations requiring discretion and intensive facilitation.
Families stay in Evolve as long as it serves their transition needs. Most stay with us at least months, others for several years. There are no long-term contracts – you graduate when you’re ready, with clarity, confidence, and strong relationships intact.
We typically offer one Immersion per month. If none of the current dates work for your schedule, contact us to discuss alternative arrangements or to be notified of additional dates that may become available.
The Venue
The in-person Immersions will be held in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado at “The Barn,” our private 1400-square-foot meeting / retreat space.
Adjacent to the Windsor Reservoir near Ft. Collins, Colorado, The Barn offers an unobstructed and breathtaking view of Long’s Peak and the Front Range. In this private office setting, our clients brainstorm, strengthen relationships and work free from distraction and interruption.
